Standing with one leg :10 minutes each
Cigarettes:0
jogging on the spot :0 minutes
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 355 days in a row.
I also could keep two sets of 17-time push-ups for the second consecutive day and
over one set of them for the sixth straight day.
It's actually cold with the temperatures of around ten degrees besides no sunshine.
Last night I was really going to do a 60-minute walking but very unluckily it began
raining just at a time when I started walking....So, I only did 20 minutes.
Anyway I really hope to do one today....if possible.
