I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and fifty-nine days in a row.
I was also able to keep 20-time push-ups for the sixteenth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the forty-third consecutive day.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya and it is very very cold.

morning with the lowest temperature of 0.7 degrees, which is quite
normal for February, though.
