Walking: a total of ５０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I could keep no-smoking for two years and 349 days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups intentionally yesterday simply because I didn't have
enough time and I felt I needed a break once in a while.
When I went to a shopping mall and had a cup of coffee at its food court--
the expression of "food court" may not be correct in English--, I took a
look at a sign, which says "Please do not study here because it will be a
nuisance to others".
It's really ridiculous.
Which will become a nuisance, loudly chatting or silent studying?
