I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and two hundred and sixty-nine days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by one time to
21 times and was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and two hundred and fifty-third consecutive day.

After a heavy rain with lightning and thunder last night,
it is now cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with the
current temperature of over 28 degrees, which makes me feel
that it is more humid than yesterday.
Fairy green rice ears in rice paddies on my way to the
workplace have already begun bowing.
I perhaps had better enjoy the lingering summer heat.
