I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and fifty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the forty-second successive
day including the most recent fifteen days of 20-time push-ups.

It has been greatly sunny in Nagoya since this morning, but actually
it is pretty windy and the wind is in the north, which means the wind
is winter wind and very cold wind.
Weather ladies say that this winter's coldest air mass is just coming
down to the Japanese archipelago, and I really have to be careful
not to catch a cold because this winter's coldest morning is predicted
to hit Japan tomrrow.
