I did the 25-time push-ups for the ninth straight day for the first time
in a very long time, and kept no-smoking for one year and 43 days in a row.
Finally it's stopped raining after a three-day cold rain, and now a little
sunny in Nagoya.
Weather reports say today's highest temperature will be 11 degrees, but
actually will get very cold the day after tommorw, so I'll have to be careful
not to catch a cold.
