Push-ups ：２３ times
Walking ：４８ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：８ minutes and ３０ seconds

I've succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and seventy-two days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the thirteenth consecutive day and over
15-time push-ups for the one year and nineteenth straight day.

It was very very cold this morning with the lowest temperature of about minus one degrees.
I've been fed up with wintry cold and I will not be able to stand any more.
I think it's high time that plum blossoms would start blooming around this time of year.
In order to survive this winter, I have to start planning to go somewhere to enjoy
plum blossom viewing and cherry blossom viewing after that.
Anyway, I have to remember again and again that winter never fails to be spring.
