I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen
years and forty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the thirty-
fourth successive day and over 9-time push-ups for
the one hundred and forty-eighth straight day.

Very unfortunately, it has been raining in Nagoya
since yesterday's early morning, but actually, it
is not so cold, I feel.
It's no wonder because the temperature at 9 a.m.
was as high as ten degrees, up 3.6 degrees from
the same time yesterday.
Very unfortunately, I had a sore throat at around
2 a.m. today and I took some medicines and sprayed
my throat with Nodonuru-Spray.
And now, very happily, the sore throat has got
very mild, and I really hope that the soreness will
completely disappear very soon.
