I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and thirty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the one hundred and fortieth consecutive day
including the most recent twenty-six days of 21-
time push-ups.

Today again, it has been overcast in Nagoya since
early this morning and I feel that it is darker
than the same time yesterday.
While I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace,
I saw pretty black clouds in the northern sky.
I am afraid that Nagoya might have rainfall in the
afternoon.
However, one good thing is that I surely saw very
small buds on cherry trees and I felt just a little
happy to recognize that the trees are steadily
preparing for blooming this spring.
