It has been four years and 256 days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I managed to try increasing the number of push-ups by no more than one time
to 8 times and kept over 4-time push-ups for the fourth successive day.
Last night I found a cockroach crawling relatively slowly maybe due to
the summer heat at my workplace.
Of course I could easily spray it.
That cockroach might have got heat stroke.
Anyway, let's survive the lingering summer heat and September is just around the corner.
