I successfully resumed 10-minute standing-with-one-leg after a one-day break, and
I kept no-smoking for two years and 137 days in a row.
It's been raining since early this morning in Nagoya but actually it's not too cold.
Maybe it's a little warmer than yesterday, I feel.
Fourty days have passed since the pain in my right elbow and shoulder started and I
stopped doing push-ups.
The pain is steadily and surely getting milder and milder, but actually it's NOT gone.
How long on earth will I have to wait for the pain to disappear?
