from smoking for fourteen years and two hundred and
forty-four days in a row.

I have consistently continued 30 push-ups for the
eighteenth straight day, extending my record to one
year and three hundred and forty-eight days of
maintaining above 9 push-ups daily.

The sky over Nagoya is veiled in thin gray clouds,
with occasional shafts of sunlight breaking through
their gaps.
Thankfully, the temperature remains below 30 degrees,
which is likely a result of this cloud cover.
Notably, the cicadas' chorus has grown noticeably fainter,
a subtle sign of the season's gradual shift.
