I have been able to keep smoke-free for thirteen
years and one hundred and fifty days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
two hundred and fifty-fourth consecutive day
including the most recent nine days of 31-time
push-ups.

It is pretty dark in Nagoya now because the rain
clouds are blocking the sunlight.
Although it is not raining now, apparently it looks
like it is going to start raining pretty soon.
I feel it is just a little hot maybe due to the
higher humidity.
I really want it to remain cloudy for a few hours
since I have something to do that requires me to
go outside.
