I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and two hundred and thirty days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for
the three hudnred and thirty-fourth consecutive day
including the most recent thirty-three days of a
total of 51-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya and humid with the current
temperature of 31.2 degrees, up 2.5 degrees from
the same time yesterday.
I had a comparatively good sleep last night maybe
because I did a total of 90-minute walking yesterday.
Around this time of the year, scorching heat always
prevents me fro doing a walking.
At the very least, I really want some clouds to block
the deadly sunlight just like yesterday.
