Twelve years and thirty-four days in a row have passed
since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the thirty-
sixth consecutive day and more than 9-time push-ups
for the three years and eighteenth successive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight,
but actually it is very cold with this morning's lowest
temperature of mainus 0.7 degrees.
Very unfortunately, my bike's rear brake has begun
making a loud noise for the third time in three weeks.
I had some grease put into the brake at a bike shop
two weeks ago, but it seems that it didn't work well.
