It has been twelve years and twenty-fifth days in a row
since I was able to rid myself of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
twenty-seventh straight day including the most recent
twenty-eight days of 21-time push-ups.

Today is a winterly sunny day again in Nagoya with plenty
of sunlight although it is very cold with the lowest
temperature of 0.2 degrees.
I have started my work and actually I began woking on
some necessary materials for my work on January 1st.
Anyway, I hope that this year will be meaningful for me.
