It has been five years and seventeen days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 12 times
and kept over 10-time push-ups for the second successive day.
It's greatly sunny today in Nagoya and I feel it'll a little cold due mainly
to a little strong wind, but still it must be warmer than usual.
I feel it's unrealistic to be almost at the end of the year.....
If it'll get the coldest in the year on Monday just like weather forecasts,
I might feel this year is going to end.....
Anyway I want to enjoy today's mild weather, first.
