It has been three years and 333 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 34-time push-ups for the third successive day and
over 29-time push-ups for the 15th straight day.
I had my hair cut yesterday near at one of the QB shops Nagoya Station,
which cost me 1,080 yen, really resonable or inexpensive.
Anyway it's greatly sunny again and actually I feel it's warm with the
temperatures of around 20 degrees.
I'm planning to do a short-distance walking of 40 minutes ×2 today.
