I did 23-time push-ups yesterday, down two times from the previous record, but kept over-20-
time push-ups for the third straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 200 days in a row.
It's actually cloudy and sometimes sunny today but not too hot.
The pain on my left stiff shoulder has almost completely gone, but I've got another pain
in my right bottom, so I put a plaster there...I hope it will work soon and well.
