I didn't do push-ups intentionally yesterday simply because I felt I needed a break once in a while.
But I could keep no-smoking for one year and 197 days in a row.
It' sunny and pretty humid just like one of the typical rainy season days, so I may have to
begin using an electric fan which cost me only 1980 yen.
