I didn't do push-ups for the second straight day because I felt a little pain in my left shoulder,
so I thought I had better stop doing them and see how things go.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 137 days in a row.
Actually it's greatly sunny again in Nagoya although there is a little yellow sand from China.
I've noticed flowers on a wisteria trellis on my way to the work place have begun blossoming,
and I'll have to plan to go somewhere to enjoy them...maybe around Nagoya Castle.
