I managed to resume push-ups from 20 times yesterday and kept no-smoking for one year and
124 days in a row although I sometimes feel like smoking when I get irritated.
It's greatly sunny and warm like one of the typical crisp April days and I like it.
On such a fine day I would like to take a little longer walk if possible.
