日本応用数理学会は SIAM と会員資格の reciprocity agreement を結んでいますので、日本国内に在住する日本応用数理学会会員であれば, SIAMの会費が割引になる等の特典があるそうです。

Reciprocal Membership

Reciprocal membership is available to individuals who belong to a mathematical society with which SIAM has a reciprocity agreement. Reciprocal Members receive a 20-30% discount off the Regular Member dues rate and receive all the benefits of regular membership.
