It has been ten years and one hundred and sixty-seven days
in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the sixth consecutive
day and more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and one
hundred and fifty-first successive day.
It it beautifully sunny in Nagoya with a little cool wind
with the current temperature of 25 degrees.
I feel that it is crisp maybe due to low humidity.
Very unfortunately, I have had a just little scratchy thorat
maybe because of this morning's chilliness.
Although today's lowest temperature was normally 16.8 degrees,
I should have put on one more item of clothing before going
to bed.
