Six years and three hundred days in a row have passed since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and forty-seventh
successive day including the latest twenty four days of 28 times of them.

It's steadily getting colder and colder in the morning, especially this morning
might be the coldest in this fall.
It must have be right that I wore one more item of clothing before sleeping.
Weather ladies say today's highest temperature is forecast to be 22 degress, which
is also the lowest in this fall.
Anyway, the season has come when I have to be careful not to catch a cold.
