It has been six years and one hundred and twenty-five days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the fourteenth straight day and
over 17-time push-ups for the seventy-second consecutive day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today but actually it was very very cold
early this morning with the lowest temperature of about 6 degrees, which
was like one of the typical winter days.
It may be rare that even today I can enjoy cherry blossoms on my way to the workplace.
And I've noticed that the buds of Japanese wisteria are swelling and getting bigger and bigger.
I'm wondering if I should go somewhere to enjoy their flowers late this month.
