Finally I managed to resume push-ups from 20 times for the first time in about one week and
I noticed the 20-time push-ups were very hard.
I also resumed over-40-minute walking after I got a little pain in my low back.
Maybe the one-week interval must be so long that the muscle of my body has been weakened.
Besides, I increased the length of standing-with-one-leg by one minute to 7 minutes.
And I could keep no-smoking for two years and 82 days in a row.
Anyway I really hope to recover the level of my physical exercises little by little to the
level of pre-Icho-Kaze as soon as possible.
