In this way, the ID generation/management/response unit 127 can associate the user unique ID with the dispensed IP address and store them in the associated pair in the table holding unit 128."

 端末IPアドレス払い出し部１２２は、自局配下の端末１１０より送信されるLAN側への接続要求を端末通信部１２１を介して受け取り、当該端末１１０に対してIPアドレスを払い出す。ここで、端末IPアドレス払い出し部１２２は、小型基地局１２０配下の各端末にLANで通信するためのIPアドレスを払い出す場合に、ID生成・管理・応答部１２７にも、払い出したIPアドレスを通知する。これによって、ID生成・管理・応答部１２７では、ユーザ固有IDと、払い出しているIPアドレスの組を対応させてテーブル保持部１２８に格納することができる。
