Swim free style, back, brest, butterfly 650yd 0:30
Little bit I caught a cold. I wasn't so good.
But I should keep a habit of training. So I swam little bit.
I tried flip turn again with free style.
But I couldn't...
Basically I can't do 360 turn completely.
I need a tip for doing 360 turn.
The picture is oil-filled heater I bought it from Amazon.
It arrived at last night.
It was good timing for me because Thursday and Friday night was terribly cold...
