Swim workshop free style 800yd 1:00
Weight training abdominal, back, leg press
Spinning 52.2km 2:03
I had a triathlon swim workshop at Blue Ash YMCA.
But it started at 6! So I had to get up at 5...
8 guys joined the workshop. After the warm up, the swim coach at YMCA took a video of free style for all in the water.
After that, the coach pointed out the improvement for all.
The coach pointed out to me that you would better to make a steady kick.
And in my point of view, my hip sink and I thought it would be caused drag.
The coach pointed out the following tips.
1. catch up stroke.
2. strech the shoulder to the front.
3. high elbow. grabbing the water and recovering.
4. steady kick with short stroke.
And the coach introduced the tip for catch up, swim with holding the float by one-handed, and switch the hand by stroke.
This workshop was good experience to check own swim.
After English class and lunch, I went back to Blue Ash YMCA for weight training and spinning.
I had a energy-burned at 1.5 hours spinning, so I stopped at 2 hours.
I completely exhausted...
