jogging on the spot :0 minutes
I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 227 days in a row.
I also was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the twenty-fifth consecutive
day including the latest two days of 20 times of them.
Very unfortunately and disappointedly, I've got a severe pain in my low back.
I would often a low back pain in the right side of my low back, but this time
I've got the pain on the center and a little left side of it.
I have to be careful not to lift something with one hand.
This time, I got it when I lifted my backpack with my left hand.
I really should have lifted it with both hands.
I'm very afraid that I have to stop doing any physical exercise for the time being.
