I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and one hundred and thirty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the fourth
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for
the two hundred and thirty-sixth successive day.

It has been overcast in Nagoya and it is a little
dark since clouds are blocking sunlight.
It looks like it is going to start raining pretty
soon although weather ladies said that it would be
overcast.
The cherry blossoms in a park on my way to the workplace
have already turned into fresh green cherry leaves.
They in themselves are very beautiful.
