I have been able to be a non-smoker for thirteen
years and one hundred and twenty days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the sixth
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for
the two hundred and twenty-fourth successive day.

Unlike yesterday when it was raining off and on,
which was poor for cherry blossom viewing, today,
it is overcat in Nagoya.
Although there are many clouds in the sky, it is
not dark as I can sometimes see the sun shining.
Yesterday I went to the Yamazaki-gawa riverside to
enjoy seeing cherry blossoms and they are so beautiful
even while it was raining.
I know very well that the season for cherry blossoms
is very short, so I want to cherish this moment of
their beauty right now.
