I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and one hundred and fifty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred
and fifth successive day including the latest two days of 16 times of them.
After last Friday's 4-hour walking, I resumed 20-minute jogging-on-the-spot.
I think much of the exercise as part of preparation for a long-distance walking
because the exercise is very effective to improve muscular endurance,
especially for the muscles around my knees.
Anyway, I've felt the fatigue in my legs are almost completely gone.
So, I'd like to resume short-distance walking today.
