lineamentは「顔だち、目鼻だち」あるいは「外形、輪郭」であるが、 lineamentsと複数形で「特徴」の意味でも使われる。

last certainly but not leastは「最後にして最低ではない」ということだが、それでも意味はわかるかもしれないが、英日翻訳では工夫が必要だ。

ladenは「荷を積んだ、貨物を積載した」「たくさん持って[つけて]、十分帯びて」。
辞書によって形容詞として定義しているものもあれば、動詞ladeの過去分詞とするものもある。

ここでlove way too muchは、
loveは動詞で、「愛する、非常に好む」。
wayはここでは副詞で、「非常に、とても」。
too muchは「過度に多くの」「必要以上に」という意で副詞として使われている。
love way too muchを直訳すれば、「必要以上に非常に愛する」となり、合理的な範囲を超えた強い愛着や興味を表現する。実際の意味は「非常に強く愛する、合理的なレベルを超えて強く愛する」といった感じ。

文頭で、あるいは文中でカンマに囲まれて使われることがほとんどだ。

「明日はほぼ間違いなく雨が降るから、傘を持って行ったほうがいい」
英語に引きずられて、「ほぼ間違いなく、明日は雨が降るので、傘を持って行くべきです」と訳されることがよくあるが、英語の語順そのままに、英語のカンマがある場所には日本語の読点を打って訳す、ということはする必要はない。
