Seven years and three hundred and forty days in a row have passed
since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the third successive day and
over 14-time push-ups for the twenty-sixth straight day.
It's finally sunny today in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight.
It's steadily getting colder and colder, indeed, but still I feel
the weather is like late autumn.
I'm afraid that I have not done jogging-on-the-spot for a long time.
I really hope to resume it as soon as possible as part of preparation
for another middle-distance walking in the near future.
