ピーター・ポール ＆ マリーの＜パフ＞ (Puff the Magic Dragon) を聴く

　１９６０年代に活躍した米国のフォークソング・グループ。「花はどこへ行った」「５００マイル」「レモンツリー」などが有名なレパートリーで、彼等（ＰＰＭ）の歌は世界中を風靡した。我々もＰＰＭの歌を聴いて大いに楽しんだ。

　＜パフ＞は１９６３年に発表されて以来、老若男女を問わず人気があった。少し悲し気な歌だが、反戦歌と見る人もいるようだ。日本では、小学校の音楽の時間で親しんだ人も多いだろう。
