Only private swim lesson

swim breast stroke, flip turn 2:30

In this morning, I had a running with Blue Ash multisports racing.
It was rain when I waked up, so I slept again.
But in starting time, the rain was gone!!! I guess I lost the chance to run...

In this afternoon, I had private swim lesson at Blue Ash YMCA.
In this time, I learned breast stroke and flip turn.
My breast stroke was almost okay, so we switched to flip turn.
But it was too hard for me...

I tried it about 80 or more not only lesson but training after the lesson in total.
But I couldn't do that...
My turn was too big and learned to right side. So sometimes I hit the bottom of pool and hit my foot finger to the clamp of right side's course rope... I injured my foot finger... Ouch!!!

But I paid $19 only for flip turn! So If I can't complete it, I'll put off $19!
I'll try it again...
