Kollmanation- Jeff Kollman signature dual overdrive guitar pedal.

ジェフ・コールマンのシグニチャー歪みエフェクターが発売された、とのこと。
その名も「Kollmanation」です。
名前は多分、英語の「culmination」（意味：最高点、頂点、最高潮etc.）と
「Kollman」の引っ掛けだと思います。

ジャパネットではないですが（笑）、本人自らの実演付き解説動画（↓）です。
ExpandoraとTS-808（Tube Screamer）との比較でその特徴を説明しています。

当たり前なんですが、ジェフ・コールマンそのままの音ですね（笑）
「どうだい？Kollmanationの方が音がブッ太いだろ？」とか言ってますし
まぁ、実際そう聞こえますが、でも、セッティング次第なんじゃないの？
宣伝用動画だから怪しいなー、という気もしつつ（笑）

オフィシャルサイト上での通信販売のみで、価格は229ドル＋送料・手数料で15ドルとのこと。
ってことは、今の為替レートだと、大体25,000円ぐらい、ってとこですかね。

うーーーーん、コレは、ファンとしては欲しい！！！

そもそもTIGHT METALですらあんまり使っていない僕からすれば、
これを買ったとしても、ほぼ使わないで宝の持ち腐れになることは目に見えていますが、
でも、でも、でもでもでもでも、そんなの関係ねぇー！（死語）という感じで欲しいです・・・。

もう単なるいちファンとして、コレクターズアイテム的に欲しいです。
買っちゃおうかなぁ・・・どうしようかなぁ・・・

ちなみに、構造的には、簡単に言えばDriveサイドとBoostサイドという、２種類の歪み機能を
併せ持つような仕様で、小さいトグルスイッチなどで細かく色々調節できるみたいですね。

The RIGHT side, or boost side is a low to mid- level drive that can cover the gamut from clean boost to some mid-level grind

GAIN - Use this control to set the amount of gain desired

TONE - Sets the tone of the overdrive

VOLUME – Sets the output level

THREE WAY TOGGLE – This handy little toggle gives you 3 distinct low end options to help you achieve the tonal might you are looking for.

The LEFT side, or drive side of the pedal has more gain than the right side. The left side of the pedal has no opamp or diode clipping. This side of the pedal is setup with FETS in a manner that sounds much like a vintage tube amp being driven into overdrive

GAIN - Use this control to set the amount of gain desired

TONE - Sets the tone of the left side. Note: this control is wide ranging intentionally to accommodate a variety of amplifiers that may be used.

VOLUME – Sets the output level

RIGHT MINI-TOGGLE – This mini-toggle gives a little bump in the bass response as it enters the drive circuit.

LEFT MINI-TOGGLE – This mini-toggle gives a slight boost to the gain of the last FET stage of the left side of the pedal when placed in the left position.

PRE/POST SWITCH- This switch, located above the left side tone control switches the order of the two drives. With the switch in the down position, the signal is right to left. In the up position, the signal flow is left to right. Experiment with each position, and let your ears be the judge. Each position allows for different flavors of grind.

NOTE: A “pop” may be heard for the first few minutes of use when turning the effects on and off. This is normal, and goes away in a few minutes.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT: To replace the battery in your Kollmanation, remove the bottom cover plate of the pedal. The pedal can also be powered by a 9 volt DC power supply. Note: Use only a DC supply of correct voltage and polarity. NOTE: Plugging into the input jack of the pedal turns on power to the unit. To preserve battery life, always unplug the cord from the input when not in use. The external DC power jack disconnects the battery when a power supply is plugged into it to preserve battery life.
