多発外傷管理セミナー with デューク大学

名古屋市の救急車による患者さんの搬送数は，年間12万名で推移しています。この中に，「1分を争う・命に直結する・緊急性の高い患者さん」が，約15％の割合で含まれてきます。内訳として，脳卒中，急性心筋梗塞，それらに加えて，交通外傷，転落外傷，広範囲熱傷，そして敗血症性ショックが含まれてきます。そして，生活に支障が出る「四肢外傷」の適切な管理も重要となります。このセミナーは，デューク大学外傷センター（ Level 1 Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons）のゴードン先生との共同セミナーとして，名古屋大学医学部で，名古屋大学医学部，ノースカロライナ大学チャペルヒル校，デューク大学，カリフォルニア大学デービス校，北京大学などの医学生さん，そして診療従事者に向けて開催します。 

In the Nagoya area, 120,000 ambulances are used annually, with approximately 15% of these patients being extremely seriously ill. There are approximately 50 cases of multiple trauma with a predicted survival rate of less than 25% each year in Nagoya city.

In today's seminar, we will discuss how to further increase emergency medical activity in the Nagoya area under the direction and corporation of Nagoya University.

This is an extremely important academic field in emergency medicine and critical care medicine. 

Designed for healthcare professionals and medical students, this seminar will provide a valuable opportunity to learn about advanced trauma care, management, and techniques in collaboration with Dr. Gordon from Duke University.

This seminar consists of three parts:

　• A Comprehensive Look at Duke University’s Trauma Care and Education
