I could keep no-smoking for two years and 270 days in a row.
I also could keep over-10-time push-ups for the twelfth straight day including two
consecutive days of three sets of 13-time push-ups.
Still I've felt it pretty hard for me to do three sets of two-minute jogging-on-the-spot.
After I get used to it completely, I'm going to increase the length.
The typhoon #17 has turned into an extratropical cyclone, but because of the predicted
large amount of precipiation, I'll have to be careful.
I hate scorching summer heat but now...I want some sunshine.＾＾；；；
