最も効率よく学習する方法は、できる人のやり方を徹底的に真似る事です。
まねる→まねぶ→まなぶ
と言う様に、真似る事こそ、学ぶ近道です。
守破離と言う言葉がありますが、
守は、徹底して真似る事を意味します。
その延長線上に、
破 → 離 があります。
ここで、二つの問題が発生します。
第一は、あまりにも素直で、教えられた通りのことしかしない人。
それに対して何ら疑問を抱かないタイプです。
素直さは素晴らしいですが、プロ思考に欠けるタイプは、守を極めないためにその先に進めません。
当然、オリジナリティーも生まれません。また、生み出そうとも思いません。
第二は、先を急ぎ、早い段階で、自分のオリジナリティーを出そうとするタイプです。
この様なタイプは、基本ができていないため、型破りではなく、形無しの状態に陥りやすいです。
ここで最も難しいのが守から破に入るタイミングです。
私が思うには、徹底して、守をやり続けてきた人は、気づいたときに破に入っていると思います。
意識して破に入る人は、基本が疎かになります。
意識しなくても、どんなに基本に忠実であっても、人間の個性を殺すことはできません。
守の延長線上に滲み出てくるものと思います。
人のやり方を単に真似るだけではオリジナリティーはできません。
しかし、人のやり方を徹底して真似し、吸収しきった時にオリジナリティーは、自然に生まれてくるのだと思います。
守破離で最も大切なのは、守なのです。
Simply copying someone else's methods will never result in original work.
The most efficient way to learn is to mimic the way people can do thoroughly.
That is to imitate is the shortcut to learn.
Although there is a word called "syu,ha,ri" came from Kabuki method in Japan.
"shu" means the fundamentals.
"Ha" means breaking with tradition.
"Ri" means parting with traditional wisdow.
In this meaning, "Shu" is imitating completely.
On that extension line, there excist "Ha" and "Ri".
Here two problems occur.
The first is a person who is too straightforward and does only things as taught.
It is a type that does not question anything about it.
The honesty is wonderful, but the type that lacks professional thinking can not proceed "Shu" completely
.
Of course, no originality is born. They do not even think about creating it.
The second type is to rush ahead and, at an early stage, to put out their own originality.
This type is basically undeveloped soon or later, they will be easy to fall into a state without shape.
The most difficult thing here is the timing from "Shu"to "Ha".
I think that those who have continued to do "syu" thoroughly that they are entering "ha" when they notice.
People who consciously get into "ha", their fundamental skill will be low.
Even if you are not conscious, no matter how fundamental you are, you can not kill human personality.
I think that it will bleed out on the extension line of "shu".
Just mimicking people's way can not be original.
However, we imitate people's way of doing thoroughly and think that originality will be born naturally when it is absorbed completely.
The most important thing in "shu,ha,ri"is "shu".
