あじがとってもふっくら焼けますよ！！
あじ ２尾 長ネギ １～２本（斜め切り） サラダ油 大さじ２
醤油 大さじ２～３
作り方
あじは内臓とぜいごを取り、水で洗い水気をきっておく。
鍋蓋を良く熱し油をひき（良く熱していなかった為、皮が鍋についてしまいました。）あじを並べて両面をこんがりと焼き色を付ける。
焼き色がついたら、醤油を大さじ２を回しかけする。
あじの回りに長ネギを入れ、長ネギにも醬油を少々かけ、本体をかぶせて中火にして約７～８蒸し焼きにする。
簡単ですがとてもおいしいですよ！！
