Motivation is not something that you are given but something that you create for yourself.

Motivation comes from two sources, one is motivation from other and anothe is motivation by my self. So motivation by yourselves is the ideal way.

会長が朝けんでモチベーションと情熱の違いを語っていましたが、それを思い出して、たしかにモチベーションは生み出すものだと考えました。なにかをするときの動機付け等がモチベーションの意味なので特に最初は自分のなかでモチベーションは生まれます。逆に情熱はなにかに対して傾けるものなので他のなにか誰かがいてやっと成り立ちます。でも情熱も必要ですがモチベーションが自分のなかにないと情熱を傾けられないと思うのでまずは自分のなかで「モチベーション」を生み続けられるようにします。

There are a lot of methods to generate motivation in books. But, it is so difficult to master these methods because we have to create motivation by ourselves. We need to find our own ways to create and keep our motivation.

Motivation is about moving people to act in a way that achieves a specific goal. Tell people exactly what you want them to do.Motivation is all about getting people to take action. Avoid generalities like, “I want everyone to do their best.” Say, instead, “I need you to come in over the weekend so we can get this project done on time.”

self motivation is the best power to improve oneself , if anybody be self motivated he or she can go far with in short possible of expected time .

モチベーションは待っても自然に上がらないものです。やる気が出てきたらやろうと仕事を後回しにすると、どんどん仕事が溜まっていくことにもなりかねません。

与えられたモチベーションは、長く続きませんし、相手に左右されます。自分で生み出したモチベーションは、目的や目標があるからこそなので、続きます。

内発性がなければモチベーションは生まれません。そのためには、常に自分のコンフォートゾーンを引き上げないといけないと感じました。

今日のあさけんでは、会長の意見もみな賛同しながらも、ジョブズのスピーチで感動しモチベーションが上がるように外からの影響も十分あると話し合いました。
