しゃくやく Peony
最近 妙に花に目がゆきます。
若い頃は花より団子・酒・○○○で
ほとんど関心がなかったのですが.........
単に年をとったと言われると それまでですが....
中国では老眼の事を「老花眼」と言うそうです。
「花の美しさが解る眼になった」
という事なんですね。
さすが中国です。

I don't know why
but I'm attracted to flowers these days.
When I was young, I preferred food,
drink and so on to flowers.
You may say that I'm not as young as I
used to be.
I've heard, in Chinese, they call presbyopia
or old sight "old Flower sight" which means
you are old enough to appreciate flowers.
