町のダウンタウンにミシガン大学があります。大学がダウンタウンにあるなんてアナーバーはこのミシガン大学と共に発展してきました。
嘉美さんとは知り会ってまだ日が浅いのですがフィギュアスケート通じて彼女は私のベストフレンドとなり、ソウルメイトとでもいいましょうか。何故か心惹かれるものがあります。

ミシガン大学のエコノミーの大学院をこの春に卒業する嘉美さんのために、今日はミニパーティをします。
ブルックストリートの家でお祝いの縄文心導ワークショップと日本食で乾杯！です。

今時の若者は健康はスポーツクラブに行ったりして、買ってするものになって来ましたが、昔のように日常生活の中に健康法が含まれたことを再体験できるようにと、このような儀式のときこそ健康感を見直すチャンスかもしれません。

嘉美さんの弟さんが日本から来られているので、ご一緒にお誘いしました。

今週の土曜日にオバマ大統領の講演がミシガン大学であります。
ラッキー！私もぜひ参加しようと張り切っています。

アナーバーは大学の町なので、デトロイトのように景気は悪くなっていませんが、売り家やレントはまだたくさんでたままです。
それでも他の町よりも少ないほうです。デトロイトのある町では町ぐるみ潰れそうなところもあります。

アメリカの民間レベルの景気も少し回復して行っているとか。
知人の美代子さんが経営するレストランはこの不景気に関係なく、今年に入り大幅な黒字になったそうです。
サンフランシスコの八重子さんの小物のお店も同じようにです。
ヨーロッパの縄文心導も頑張っています。
日本ブームで女性は世界で元気です！

スケート靴の履き方“How to Wear Ice Skates”

ブログのコメントにスケート靴の履き方を動画入りで教えて欲しいと書いてありました。
昔福岡スポーツセンターの専属インストラクターをしていた頃を思い出し動画は入れられませんが、スケート場へ行ったときに貸し靴で滑るときのスケート靴のことを書いてみます。

フィギュアスケートはエッジのつま先がギザギザになっていて、いろんなフィギュアの動きが出来ます。
一本のシャープなエッジが靴の下についていて、身体全体の体重を支えますので、靴の履き方には神経を使ってください。
自分の靴のサイズと同じスケート靴か、ひとサイズ大きな靴ををかります。薄めのコットンのソックスを一枚はいておきます。
スケート場の貸し靴にはいろんな人の足の癖がついているのもありますので、なるべく新しいのを借りてください。

子供用の男の子の靴は足が蟹股になっていて、女の子の靴は内股になっています。
初めて滑るスケート靴はなるべく癖がない靴を借りて滑ることです。靴が悪かったら滑ることが難しいからです。途中で靴が悪いようでしたら、他の靴と変えてもらってください。

靴の履き方ですが、ひも付きのスポーツシューズを履くときと同じ要領で、足の甲の靴紐をしっかり結びますが、強すぎないようにします。
順番に上に上がりながら一つずつ丁寧に靴紐を締めてください。
足首上辺りの紐はきつすぎない程度に結んで、最後の紐が余ったら靴に巻きつけて締めてください。
スケート場に行くときは、手袋、帽子、動きやすい服装（スラックスと長袖のシャツ）で滑ってください。


マイシューズを持つのは初心者のあこがれです。スケート場の中央でクラブの人たちが短いスカートのコスチュームで滑っているのを見てスケートにあこがれ、荒川静香さんもスケートを始められたそうです。

フィギュアスケートは３歳からすべることが出来ます。
一流のフィギュアスケート選手になるためには、３歳からはじめるのが理想です。
靴で足を締め付けるので、スケートを楽しんだあとは必ず足指をヒーリングしてください。
スケートのあとは身体のケアーをしないと、滑りっぱなしでは後で身体を壊しますのでご注意下さい。




“How to Wear Ice Skates”

On my blog comments, somebody wrote that they wanted me to teach how to correctly wear ice skates in a video. I don’t quite remember any instructional videos on how to put on ice skates from when I worked as an instructor at the Fukuoka Sport’s Center in Japan, but I wanted to write a bit about the skates I used when I recently went to an ice rink and used rental skates.


At the tip of a figure skate, the blade is jagged, which allows the skater to perform many different techniques. Underneath the skate shoe is a single, sharp blade that supports the entire weight of the body, so you must use some sense when putting on your skates. If you rent skates that are the same size as your shoe, the skate shoe might end up being a little bigger. This is why it is a good idea to wear some thin cotton socks when you go. The rental skates at an ice rink have been worn by so many different people with different feet shapes and sizes, its best if you can get the newest pair of skates they have.

指揮者と空海 Conductor and Kuukai

寒かったで～す。アナーバーの冬も終わり人々は戸外活動を始め出しました。
ブルックストリートにも春が来て、トーマスやシリィルたちが活動を始めています。

オーケストラの仕事もシーズンオフになり、シリィルのお陰で今シーズンの演奏会には15回も行くことができ、クラッシック音楽の醍醐味を生まれてはじめて経験しました。演奏を聴くだけではなく、指揮者の指にも注目ください。不思議な世界へ導かれていくのを感じます


指揮者の指の動きは空海のいう五本指の「天地水火風」を音楽で表現したもののようです。ヒーリングも指揮者の指のエネルギーを感じてやりたいですね。
小沢征二氏の指の動きはまさに空海的、聞いた所にによりますと、彼のオーケストラの行くところにはお金がついて回るそうです。
空海の弁財天（芸術と財運の神として祭られている）の守護霊に関係があるのかもしれません。




この冬は風邪を何回かひいたりしましたが、基本的には健康体だと感じられる毎日を送っています。
何が起っても夢を失わないでいられる事は素晴らしいし、落ち込んだ時には玄米と散歩と縄文心導ストレッチを実行しながら、こんな感じでしばらくは、アメリカで頑張って行きます。

Music Conductors and Kukai


This winter was so cold! Now with the end of winter in Ann Arbor, people have started to spend more time doing outdoor activities. Spring has also come to Brooks St. too, and Thomas and Cyril have also become more active.


The off season for the orchestra Cyril is in began. Thanks to him, I was able to attend about fifteen performances this past season, and was able to experience for the first time a real enjoyment for classical music. I found not only to listen to the concert itself, but also paying attention to the hands of the conductor was important. From those motions alone, you can feel as if you are being guided to an amazing new world.


The movements of the conductors hands is as if through music, the Chinese philosopher Kukai’s theory of the five “Heaven, Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind” elements in the fingers was being expressed. When I perform my healing, I want to be able to have the same energy as the conductor has in his fingers while he performs.

メール有難う。私はアメリカでとても元気にしています。
みなさんがやる気を起こし、自分たちの手で協会活動をやる気になっているのは、素晴らしく、シルカのリーダーシップのたまものですね。


アナーバーでは縄文心導アシスタントインストラクターを５人を認定しました。
Dmaメソットは４人の人が勉強しました。
アメリカの縄文心導協会デトロイトは船出をしたばかりですが、あわてずゆっくりとアメリカのカルチャーになじみながら、進めて行こうと思っています。

最近素敵な日本女性に遭いました。嘉美さんは２６歳でミシガン大学院生、将来は弁護士志望です。
私は、彼女のフィギュアスケートのレッスンを２８年ぶりにはじめ、コーチとしてカムバック中です。

娘のCoko の喘息からスケートは止めていましたが、また再びスケート靴を履くことが出来たこと、二人は同じ頃に生まれてきていて、不思議な気がしています。


嘉美さんは、ワークの時にもアダムと一緒に通訳してくれたりして私を助けてくれます。
時折ブログの英語の翻訳も書いていますので見てください。


フィンランド、エストニア行きの準備に取り掛かります。

Dear Sirkka,

Thank you for your email. I'm doing pretty good in US, even surprisingly.
Ann Arbor has inspired me about my Dna method, and I have advanced it pretty well. I think the new method I invented regarding ears works amazingly, so do look forward to it!

By the way, I just started to teach figure skating which I had not done for 28 years since I did it last time in Japan, and I'm really enjoying it. I met a Japanese girl here in Ann Arbor who goes to the University of Michigan and enjoys figure skating as a hobby, and watching her made me want to teach figure skating for her again. It was totally unexpected and very surprising that I started to do it again, but I'm so far enjoying it very much.

About the association in Detroit, there are 4 assistant instractors and 3 Dna method instractors. We're planning to hold some strech classes in May, and I'm going to help them. Maybe my role will end after helping those classes.

I'm going to book a flight ticket to Finland soon. I'll let you know about my flight schedule as soon as I do it. I'm delighted to hear that Leena was selected as a charperson. I think training and educating new and young instractors is very critical in our goal, so I hope Jomon Shindo will be even more active among youg people. We've just started the US association so I assume it'll take a few more years until it gets active, but they're trying their best.

こちらの協会は忙しく、状況はいつも好転しています。

数週間前にメンバーの集まりがあり新しいボードを選んだばかりです。
新しい会長はレナ、イオーレン、副会長がラウリー、ピッカネン、その他のボードはシルカ、アンネリがウエップサイドマネージャー、スザンナが新しいボードメンバーです。
ラウリーは引き続きボードポジションで、インストラクターをまとめる長をやります。

縄文心導を公式なトリートメントとして確立すること。保険がきくようにしたい、そうするともっと国内に広がります。
私達協会は７月２１日から一ヵ月半貴女をフィンランドへ招待したいと思います。
こちらでは貴女のことを、手厚くおもてなししたいと、一緒に心温まるようにシェアーしたいと思います。

We have had a lot to do in association and things are getting better all the time. We had the annual meeting few weeks ago and members selected new association board. New Chairman of the Board is Leena Ylonen, vice Rauli Pitkanen, members are Sirkka Liias-Heikkinen, Anneli Meskanen (web-site manager) and Susanna Kariniemi. I continue Executive Director and also The Head of Leading Instructors.

倉富さんののサプライズメッセージにとても感激されていました。
ありがとうございました。

室長も協力して下さったので、倉富さんと真由美さんとの写真をモニターで写しながらの手紙朗読でしたのでとても感動的でした。
その他にも、インストラクター全員からの寄せ書きや菊地さんからの電報など真由美さんが本当にみんなから愛されているのを感じます。


私はそんな真由美さんと一緒にお仕事ができて幸せだなとしみじみと思いました。

She said that what is great about Jomon Shindo is that you make an effort to do 20% of what you're trying to achieve will automatically benefit the rest of 80% as well, and this coinsides what is called "The law of 20/80%" invented by Dr. Tatsuko Martin L.A.

The interpretation of this law is that if you believe in yourself and do your best to achieve 20% of your dream, then the great force of universe will assist you for the rest of 80% and you'll accomplish your dream.
We can apply this law to Jomon Shindo that if you trust your self-healing power of your body and give 20% of stimulus to your body, then your great power will assist you with the rest of 80% and heal your body.

I was surprised that Sincia's comment had grasped the law of universe. I think the reason why your healing works amazingly is that your method follows the way the universe goes around.

4月２２日宇宙へ羽ばたくカップル誕生！Universe couple nativity !

綿引雅規さん、堀真由美さんご結婚おめでとうございます。
理想のカップルの誕生！ですね。
真由美さんから綿引室長との結婚のお話を伺った時には、ビックリましたが、スグに納得！

東洋の陰陽の関係からみるとお二人はまさに真由美さんの月と雅規さんが太陽、また反転すると雅規さんが月で（物思う目）、真由美さんが太陽(その場をあかるくする笑い）の関係でお二人は強力な引力で引き合われ、本日の結婚の運びとなられたんだと思います。

綿引室長とは初めてお会いしたのは沖縄の致知出版２８周年記念パーティでした。
１０００人参加された中のお二人、室館勲社長、綿引室長と名刺交換し、東京で再び再会いたしました。
キャリアコンサルを訪問いたしました折に、若者達で運営されている、この会社の人々が眩しく思え、こんな若者に日本の縄文心導を伝えたいと、心の底からこみ上げてくるものがございました。

真由美さんに初めてお会いしたとき、人を包み込み慈悲に満ちた笑顔に引き込まれてしまったこと、そして縄文心導の世界のリーダーとして相応しい女性だと直感いたしました。

アメリカへ一昨年旅立つ前の２年間真由美さんと仕事をご一緒にさせて頂きました折に、花園神社の片山宮司さまが、「掘さんに良いお婿さんがいるので、紹介したいんだけれど」と云われました。その旨を掘さんに伝えましたら、堀さんは笑顔を浮かべていましたが、心に秘めた方がいらして、その方が本日の新郎の雅規さんだったんですね。

片山宮司様にお伝えしたら「掘さんくらいの人だから、人はほっておかないよね！」と言っておられました。
真由美さんと一緒にフィンランド、エスと二アを訪問した際に彼女の存在は一際光っていて、北欧の人たちの心をも掴んでしまいました。





真由美さんのような優等生には本気で甘えられる人がいないとどこかで折れてしまいます。
彼との結婚生活は真由美さんがが一人の女として成長していく為の支えになりますよう、日本女性の代表としてその母性愛に磨きを掛けこれからお二人で世界平和のためにご活躍くださいますよう。

アメリカ在住のため結婚式に出席できないことを残念に思います。

Universe couple nativity !

Mr. Masaki Watahiki and Mrs. Mayumi Hori, congratulations on your wedding!
It's the birth of an ideal couple!

When Mayumi first told me about getting married to Mr. Watabiki, I was surprised, but I soon thought this was a great thing.

If we look at it from a standpoint of Eastern Yin and Yang, the two a pair, just as if Mayumi was the moon and Masaki the sun. Yet also in a reverse sense Masaki could be the moon (with his meditative view), and Mayumi the sun (have a smile to brighten any place). The two were introduced by a strong gravity between them, and I think that this great energy between them made today’s wedding possible.


The first time I met Mr. Watahiki was at the 28th anniversary party for the Okinawan publisher Chichi. Even out of the 1000 people who were there, I was able to exchange business cards with Mr. Murodate and Mr. Watabiki, who I later met again in Tokyo.

Later, when I went to visit a carrier consulting company, I saw that there were many young people operating the business. All of the employees there were really energetic and radiant. When I saw this, from the bottom of my heart a feeling of wanting to bring Jyomon Shindo to these young Japanese people swelled up inside me.

When I first met Mayumi, I was completely drawn in by smile; one full of graciousness that could bring people to her. I sincerely felt that she was a woman fit to be the world leader of Jyomon Shindo.


Before I started off on my trip to America, I had the pleasure of working together with Mayumi for two years. In Japan, I talked to Hanazono Shrine’s Mr. Katayama, and he told me, “I know somebody who would make a perfect groom for Mrs. Hori, so I would like to introduce him to you.” Mayumi let out a smile when I told her this, but she was hiding the fact that she already had somebody in her heart, and that person was Masaki.



I told Mr. Katayama later, “With somebody like Mrs. Hori, she isn’t going to be single very often, is she!”
Mayumi accompanied me to Finland and Estonia as well, and she had a remarkably shining presence there, being able to capture the hearts of so many eastern Europeans.



I felt that such a good person like Mayumi who put in so much effort for others really needed somebody to be able to rely on or else she might somehow break emotionally. I think through her marriage she has that support to be able to herself grow personally, and as a representative of Japanese women, she can use her new relationship to refine her motherly love to everyone, and hopefully from here together work towards promoting world peace.


It was too bad that I wasn’t able to attend the wedding because I am in America right now. Still, it is moving to imagine the two of them, bride and groom, having a wedding together. I give my best wishes for both Mayumi and Mr. Masaki in the future. From America, I pray for the happiness of both of you.

東洋最古の医典素門霊枢経とDna Oriental and Dna

東洋最古の医典素門霊枢経とシィリルのDnaが一致しました。
Dnaメソットに取り組んで３年目になります。
三鷹天命反転住宅に住んでいた頃建築された荒川修作氏から一枚のフアックスからが始まりでした。
サンフランシスコに１年住んでいたときにもDnaメソットのアイディアは閃きを放っていましたが、去年の１０月からアナーバーへすんで、またまた不思議なことの連続が起こっています。

大体この辺でDnaメソットも完成！とおもっていたら、ハウスメイトのシィリルの身体から思いもしないメッセージを頂きました。
マイアミのシリィルのおじさんアンとニーは元ストリートパーソン、交通事故で尾骶骨を打って入院、今は高級ナーシングホームでリハビリ中です。

このブログでもシリーズで紹介しておりましたが、アントニーは臍けいヘルニアで睾丸がお腹に入り腫れていて歩くことが出来にくいようです。
シリィルから聞いたことによると、お父さんも亡くなる前に、同じようになっていたそうです。
何が言いたいかと言いますと、このヘルニアは腎臓が悪いからと東洋医学ではいいますが、確かなツボは見つけられませんでした。

シリィルの耳の整形から始まったDnaメソットの仕上げを調べていたら、東洋最古の医典素門霊枢経の本に書いてあった五枢のツボには、筋の萎縮、睾丸上がって腹に入るとありました。
前にシリィルが横腹にある脂肪の塊は何か？と質問されたことがあったのを思い出し、この五枢のツボと同じ位置にあり、臍けいヘルニアのDnaはシリィルにも遺伝していました。

東洋最古の医典素門霊枢経も科学がなかった元禄時代から使われてきたものです。
目の前に東洋最古の医典素門霊枢経のモデルがいたりして、昔の人の霊能力は素晴らしい！






The oldest Eastern medicine book about the human nervous system that I have actually coincided with Cyril's DNA. It is now the third year that I have been putting my efforts into the DNA method. The beginning of this started with a single fax I recieved from Mr. Shusaku Arakawa, the person who designed the Mikata Reversible Density lofts I was living in at the time. I moved to live in San Francisco for a year after, and there I received flashes of different ideas for the DNA method, but when I finally moved to Ann Arbor last year in October, again and again amazing events kept happening around me.



I began to think that the DNA method was finally coming to completion here, and then, from my own housemate Cyril, I found an important message that I would have never of thought to receive. Cyril's uncle, Anthony, who lived in Miami, was previously a pack rat, ended up being hospitalized for a broken hip that he got in a car accident, and is now in doing rehabilitation for the injury in a nursing home.


I had previously introduced him in prior blogs. Anthony an inguinal hernia, which means his testicles have receded into his abdomen region and caused swelling, making him unable to walk. From what I heard from Cyril, before his father past away, he has the same type of condition occur. If there is something that I wanted to say from all of this, I feel that eastern medicine might attribute the hernia to bad kidneys, but I couldn't find a certain acupuncture point for that spot.



When I was looking for the final touches for the methods I started to use after Cyril had his ear surgery, I consulted the old Eastern medicine book on nerves I mentioned. In that book, there was a section about the gall bladder points, I found something written about muscle atrophy as well as cases of testicles going up into the abdomen area. I remembered when I was asked earlier by Cyril about the lumps on the side of his abdomen, and I realized that they were in the exact same place as the gall bladder points that were mentioned in the book. I think this meant that the DNA for the possibility of a hernia near the navel was passed down to Cyril.



"The book" has been used since the Genroku period of history where there was no formal science. Now, in front of my own eyes, there is a model of the ideas in "the book". I really find the spiritual power of our ancestors truly marvelous!
