「運命の脚本の書きかえ方」三宅マリ　幻冬舎

致知出版　新春パーティーで1,000人以上の参加者の中で、

 ひときわオーラを発していられた三宅まりさんに出会いました。

キャリアコンサルティングの室館代表のご紹介でした。 

 

山本権兵衛内閣総理大臣の玄孫という、マリさんは、

祖母から学ばれたという、「生きるとは何か」「自分とは何か」

日本のシャーマニズムのバックグランドをオープンにし

深層心理を分かりやすく解かれています。

ユングも最後は日本のシャーマニズムに目を向けていて、<wbr />本を読んで

いたそうですが、日本語の壁で分かリにくかったと聞きました。

最後の方はカウンセリングに来たクライアントの背後の、お婆さん

などと話ししていたとか。

マリさんの著書には、

「自分の魂は絶対にだませない。」

「”しあわせ“とは、潜在意識を喜ばせること。

クライアントの“既婚者との恋“<wbr />の悩みのマリさんのカウンセリングの、

「運命の脚本の書きかえ方」は、分かりやすく参考になります。

離婚した父親のようになりたくないと、<wbr />小さい時に思っていた事を、

大人になって自分が繰り返している。

カウンセリングは、<wbr />クライアントの潜在意識のひもどきから始まります。

今回のインストラクタークラスにまりさんの例で、<wbr />生徒さんに説明したら

心とからだの接点がわかりやすかったようです。

ボディワークのからだの筋肉に刻み込まれている心の傷。

からだの痛みは心の痛み、からだの痛みを取り除く事で、<wbr />同じ過ちは

避けられる。

あるインストラクターは、事故に遭いやすかったのが、<wbr />心導ヒーリングを

するようになって、一回も事故に遭わなくなったということも

起きていました。

当時の総理大臣が山本権兵衛、法務大臣が倉富勇三郎という先祖のご縁

の出会いに感動した次第です。

My recommended book of 2020

“How to rewrite the scenario of destiny” by Mari Miyake

I met Mari Miyake during the New Year party of Chichi

 

Publishing. She had a remarkable aura among more than

 

1000 participants of the party.

Mr. Murodate, the CEO of Career Consulting introduced

 

her to me.

 

She is a great-great-granddaughter of former prime

 

minister Yamamoto Gonnohyoe. She learned "what to

 

live" and "who she is" from her grandmother. She opened

 

the background of Japanese shamanism and write about

 

the deep psyche.

I heard that Jung took interest in Japanese shamanism

 

and he read books about them in his last days, but he didn’t

 

understand well because of language.

At that time, it is said that he was talking with an old lady

 

behind the client of his counseling.

Mari writes “we cannot lie to our soul,” “happiness” is to

 

please own subconscious mind.”

“How to rewrite the scenario of destiny” is her answer to

 

a client of her who has anxiety of “love with married person”.

 

It’s very clear and helpful.

The client didn't want to be an adult like her divorced father

 

during her childhood, but she repeated it as an adult.

 

The counseling starts with figuring out the subconscious

 

mind of the client.

At the instructor lesson, I explained the example of Mari to

 

students. It seemed easy to understand the contact of the

 

mind and body.

An emotional wound is entrenched in muscles.

 

The pain of bodies is the pain of mind. Removing the pain

 

of bodies, we can avoid the same mistakes.

One of the instructors said he has frequent accidents before,

 

but after he began Shindo healing, he never has an accident.

縄文人とエストニア人の共通点は、大胆な行動性と

緻密な計画性です。エストニアの電子市民制度にも

見られるように、e-Residencyは、エストニア政府の

電子プラットフォームを自国民のみならず、外国人

向けに開放したプログラムです。

意外に思われるかもしれませんが、エストニア政府

自身は、e-Residencyのために何か新しい技術を開発

した訳ではありません。

自国に元々存在していた技術を、そのまま外国人に

開放しただけのことなのです。

ただし、この大胆な政策を取れるのもエストニア共和

国の強みだと思っています。

六月に神宮前のエストニア大使館で順番待ちの若い

女性たちにもお会いしました。現在、エストニアの

電子市民は、日本人は三千人、世界では五万人を超え

ています。エストニアは人口一三〇万人。

少子化が進む時代の流れの中で、頭いいエストニア人

の縄文魂をここでも感じられます。

The electronic resident system of Estonia, e-Residency

is a program that releases the electronic platform of the

Estonian government not only to Estonian people but

also to foreign people.

This may surprise you, but the Estonian government did

not develop any new technologies for e-Residency.

They only released already-existing technology to foreign

people. However, it is also an advantage of the Republic

of Estonia which can adopt such a bold policy.

In June, I met young women in a waiting line at the

Embassy of Estonia at Jinguu-Mae. Now, Estonian e-residents

in Japan are 3,000, and more than 50,000 all over the world.

The population of Estonia is 1.3 million. In the context of the

falling birthrate, Jomon spirits of smart Estonians are also

found here.

日本の縄文とエストニアと共通性が見られます。

日本人の神道と同じようにエストニア人の土着の信仰では、

自然界に敬意を払い、全てのものは繋がっていて自然界の

リズムが人間生活を司っていると考えます。

エストニア人は、自然への敬愛を太古からやっていて習慣で

表します。

週末には森の中を散策しながら、キノコ類やブルーベリーを

採取します。多くの人が自家農園やハーブを栽培し、自分の

薬を作っています。

私は、エストニアのIT産業の発展とともにこの二〇年余り、

エストニア人のヘルシーに貢献してまいりました。

IT産業の表舞台を支えるのは健康とエストニアいうことを、

エストニア人は過酷な旧ソ連時代の経験で学んでいました。

エストニアの版画家カルヨ・ポルの神話的古代世界は、

エストニア人の魂へと導く窓で、二〇一八年に日本の志木市で

開催された個展も満員御礼という盛況でした。

映画「縄文にハマる人々」を観たエストニアの方から絵画集

『エストニアの心　カルヨ・ポルの世界』をプレゼントされ

ました。少しだけご紹介します。

絵画集の中には、仮面、丸太舟を漕ぐ、小石のスパイラルなどの

版画などがありました。

エストニア人の縄文は絵画に、縄文人は土器に託したのですね。

In the artbook, there were prints art of mask, rowing a l

og boat, spiral of pebbles, and so on. Estonians put their

thoughts into drawings, so did Jomon people into clay pots.

エストニア人の縄文ストレッチ体験3 I introduce one of the Jomon stretchings.

縄文土器を見たことがないエストニア人の為に、縄文土器の中

へ体で入って行く、「縄文ビーナスの盆ストレッチ」、「祈り土偶の、

安心ポーズ」を体験して頂きました。

持参した火焔土器、縄文ビーナス、祈り土偶のポスターを見ながら、

体が曲げて土器の中へ吸い込まれて行く感覚を感じて下さい。

 

縄文ビィーナスを「盆ストレッチ」で体現しましょう。

腰痛が改善されます。

そのまま椅子におすわりになったままで大丈夫です。

 

盆ストレッチ(盆踊りの体現)

・縄文ビーナスは脚の長さが違います。

盆ストレッチ、左右の足をクロスすると脚の長さが違います。

・顔は正面ではなく、上を向いています。

盆ストレッチ、右手で月を指差して下さい。顔を捻ります。

・体全体の側面を右にしならせて下さい。

真っ直ぐ立つよりも少し体を曲げバランスを崩したほうが、安定します。

縄文土器もバランスを崩したものです。

何かが欠けている今の文明の一つの光を見出して、縄文をパートナー

として、縄文を愛する者だけが与えられる、平和な心を取り戻す為、

二十ニ年前からこのエストニアを訪問しております。

会場の皆様は、盆ストレッチを真剣にやって下さいました。

 

「ヘルシー」の一環としての縄文心導ボディーワークを広める為に、

旧ソ連解放から五年後に私はエストニア入りいたしました。

その頃のエストニアは、資本主義の移行期にあたり、倫理と宗教を

持たないどこかにサポートを求める病んだ民族でした。

親兄弟でさえ信じてはいけないと教えられていたので、人の体に触れる

など最初はできなかったけれども、自分の魂が何を欲しているか、

体を通して見つめ、魂が欲しているものを教えてくれたのは、

縄文ストレッチでした。

 

I introduce one of the Jomon stretchings.

 

We feel the image of the Jomon Venus thorough “Bon Stretching”.

 

It improves backaches.

You can do it on a chair.

・The legs of the Jomon Venus have different lengths.

In Bon Stretching, when you cross the legs, its length

is unequal.

 

・The face is not forward but upturned.

In Bon Stretching, point the Moon with your right hand

and twist your face.

 

 

・The side of whole-body bows rightward.

For stability, bending your body slightly is better than

standing straight.

 

Jomon pottery is also off-balance.

Finding out the light of “the civilization of today lacking

something” and taking back take back a peaceful mind

which only people loving and becoming a partner of

Jomon can gain; these are a part of the purpose of

Jomon stretching. That’s why I introduced Jomon

stretch to Estonia.

Just after Estonia was liberated from the Soviets,

people there did not have ethic and religion and sought

support. They are taught not to believe even their parents

and siblings, so at first, they did not touch others’ bodies.

But Jomon stretching taught them how to face their bodies

and what their spirits want.

何故エストニアで「縄文」2がWhy “Jomon” is accepted in Estonia,

何故エストニアで「縄文」が受け入れられたのか

IT産業が発展を遂げているこの二〇年余り、私はエストニア人の

「ヘルシー」に貢献してまいりました。

IT産業の表舞台を支えるのは、「健康」と「エストニア」という

ことを、エストニア人は過酷な旧ソ連時代の経験で学んでい

ました。

そのエストニアのタリンで二〇一九年四月、日本アニメーション

大会が開催されました。山岡信貴監督の『縄文にハマる人々』

も二〇一九年四月二一日、二二日の二日間の予定で上映の依頼

を受けました。

在日エストニア大使館の推薦もあり、発売してすぐにチケット

予約が完売し、上映が一日延長されるという予想以上の大盛況と

なり、無事に終えました。

映画上映の前に「縄文土器と縄文ストレッチ」のデモンストレーション

をお願いされました。

日本から参加した縄文女子やエストニアの縄文インストラクター達と

一緒に、客席の前で実践させて頂きました。

観客の中にはフィンランドからも来られた方もおり、映画を見て泣いて

いる女性もいました。

映画館に来ておられたガングル氏は、トヨタ、ホンダ自動車のオーナー

です。

縄文ビーナスが、車のデザインの元になっているという、映画に登場

されたデザイナーの佐藤卓さんのお話にガングル氏は「『縄文にハマる人々」

映画がエストニアで上映されるのは、とても大事な事ですね」と仰って

おりました。

私は、縄文土器に出会った事で、縄文ストレッチは、指圧マッサージレベル

ではない事に気づき、また「縄文　Shindo」哲学をもっと表に出したい

という気持ちになりました。

 

Why “Jomon” is accepted in Estonia, such a world-leading

IT state? Estonians have learned the importance of “healthy”

from the severe experience during the Soviet era and now,

“health” supports the IT industry of the country.

A commonality is one of the reasons that “Jomon” was accepted

in Estonia. It’s a way of thinking of the native religion of Estonia,

as well as Shinto in Japan, that respects nature, all things are

connected, and natural rhythm conducts human livings.

Estonians express their respect for nature through their habits.

On weekends, they stroll in the forest and pick mushrooms or

blueberries. Many people grow herbs in kitchen gardens and

make own remedies. Estonians live in nature, so they accept

“Jomon”. Jomon people could not survive if they could not

protect themselves. They should be a weather forecaster,

a doctor, and a hunter by themselves.

They had to heighten their sensitivity and the importance of

the sense should be much higher than now.

I relocated myself to a lodge called Rokkakudo in Yakushima.

They serve delicious chicken curry breakfast sandwich 🥪

 

This place make me smile naturally.. the sun, ocean, wind and new awesome friends💖🌈

 

Nowadays ppl in Yakushima are busy talking about where they saw whale migration 🐋 or rainbows 🌈

 

I have about 3 months left until I go back to restart myself living in the Bay Area!! (Some of you see u in there 🌼)

縄文ジャーナルに堤載されました「縄文の世界的広がり」

記事で、倉富和子の令和2年は始りました。

 

 

私がエストニアに通うようになったのは、旧ソ連崩壊後の

1996年のことです。

「何故エストニアに行き、何をやっているのか」「縄文が

西洋人にわかるのか」といった質問を受けることがあります。

今回はこの質問について私の体験とともに、お話ししたいと

思います。

数回に分けて、ご紹介させて頂きます。

第一回

エストニアをご存知ですか。

私が何故エストニアへ行き、何をやっているのか、

縄文が西洋人にわかるのか、よく聞かれます。

そのことについて、私の体験とともにお話いたします。

エストニアは、バルト三国（ラトビア、リトアニア、

エストニア）のひとつ、ロシアのお隣にあり日本の

四国ほどの国土、人口一三〇万人という小さな国です。

旧ソ連解放後、急速に発展を遂げたエストニアは、

二〇年ほど前からIT、ヘルシー、観光などを国の

政策に掲げています。

現在、世界で利用されているインターネット電話

サービス「スカイプ」は、実はエストニアの若者

たちが開発したものです。非常にITの進んでいる

国です。また、日本で活躍された大相撲の把瑠都関は

エストニア人で、現在エストニアの国会議員となられ

ています。

The global spread of Jomon

―What’s revealed through the movie “Hooked in Jomon”

and Jomon stretching?―

 

I started visiting Estonia in 1996, five years after the fall of

the Soviet Union. People often ask me why I go to Estonia,

what do I do there, and if Western people understand Jomon.

I’d like to write about these questions based on my own

experience.

 

Do you know Estonia?

Estonia is one of the Baltic states, Latvia, Lithuania,

and Estonia. It’s a little country with only 1.3 million

population in the territory as large as Shikoku.

Estonia made rapid development setting IT and

sightseeing as national policies from about 20

years ago after the fall of the Soviet Union. Especially,

in the IT field, the country has very advanced

technology. The online telephone service “Skype”

which is now used all over the world was invented by

young people in Estonia.
