歯周病治る、嘘、本当？

本当です。

一年前の右上奥歯の歯周病、6ミリの深さが今年は、4ミリに

なっていました。

他の歯も4ミリが2ミリと、普通に改善されていました。

本人もビックリ‼️

歯医者さんもビックリ🦷⁉️

綺麗な歯をしていますねえ〜と。

私がした事は、毎日食後の歯磨きと、朝晩のうがい(オイル)

(ココナッツオイル)

ガーゼ、ビニール手袋で、歯茎にマッサージ。

瞑想しながら15分かけて、丁寧にお手入れして上げます(笑)

虫歯は、この年になっても０です。

歯磨きが完璧に出来ているそうです。

コロナに負けず今年も頑張ります。

細くしたタスキがけを鼻の穴に差し込んで下さい。

時間は何分でもいいです。
タスキの先にビニールのゴムカバーしてくださいね
電車の中でもマスクの下に小さなタスキを
鼻穴に差し込んでいれば、くしゃみ🤧も出ません。
