国際倉富縄文心導20周年記念A ceremony is in Finland on August 21, 2016 Shindo 20th anniversary.

2016年8月21日、倉富心導縄文心導20周年セレモニーがフィン

ランドのヘルシンキで開催されます。

フィンランド、エストニアの普及に努めて、もう20年が過ぎ

ようとしています。

 

はじめてフィンランド、エストニアに行った時のことを昨日の

ことのように思い出されます。

はじめは一人の人から始まり、3年、5年、10年を区切りに、

目標を持ちフィンランド、エストニアのインストラクター達と

共に、風の流れをある時は心地よく、ある時は嵐が来て、挫け

そうになったりしながら、20年が過ぎました。

北欧だけでなく、アメリカ、ペルーでサバイバルして参りまし

た。日本へ定着して、朝目覚め元気な身体で生きている事が

不思議だと思う事がよくあるくらいです。

いまは日本に帰り、20年で作り上げた国際倉富縄文心導協会を

日本に作り、その集大成に取り掛かっております。

時代は20年前当時より科学情報などのシステムも大きく変化して

インターネット社会が急速に発展し、全体から個人の意思を

尊重し、いままでのシステムの中に入りきらない人間が多く、

どこにもコントロール出来る人はいません。

ブルッセルテロ事件に慄きながらも、どうしたら良いかとい

うことも、自分一人で考えるしかない。

心臓の鼓動は正確に動いているようですが、健康な心臓ほ

ど、フラクタル性で大まかな動きで動いていて、病気になる

と逆に機械時計のように、正確に鼓動に近づくといいます。

このようなことから、生命や脳のメカニズムは、ゆらぎの幅

を大まかにすることで、逆に効率よいシステムの強さを作る

という。

今までの御上から教えたやり方では、この混乱した世界情勢、

また気候、科学などに対処できない時代になっています。

一人の人間が持っている各自の行動の幅や、自立心を大いに

盛り上げ、見えないけれども、ゆるやかに対応する循環して

生きることが出来る、お手伝いみたいな事を、国際倉富縄文

心導協会は目指しています。

現在はフィギュアスケートのインストラクター時代にも

フィードバックし、神宮前スケート場で滑ったり、海外向けに

論文を書く事もはじめています。

後何年生きて行けるのか？

死ぬ時を楽しみに出来ます様に。

という事を言われていました。

起きていますが、日本にいながらも1人の高校生を癒して

 

上げられれば、そういう人達が集まればシリアの平和にf

 

つながり、それが大きな力になれればいいなぁと、思う

 

気持ちで「たすき掛けストレッチ」特別クラスをスタート

 

させました。

 

毎月一回開催致しますので、20日の日曜日には来れなく

 

ても途中からでも参加出来ますので、来月からでもご参加

 

下さいね。

 

倉富縄文心導協会は国際社会に向け、活動の輪を広げてい

 

ます。

 

2016年8月21日は、「心導」20周年記念がフィンランドの

スケートの起源

スケートに関する最も古い記述としては、2世紀に作られたという

北欧伝説があります。

またスケートに関する最古の絵画としては、現在はスケートの守護

神とされている、少女リドヴィが16歳の時に氷上で起こした事故を

描いていた木版画(1498年)があります。

原始時代にスケートがどのように伝わり、普及したか詳しくわかり

ませんが、フィンランドから北欧のスカンジナビア全体に広がり、

さらに南下してオランダに伝わったというのが通説のようです。

スケートの発展

12世紀のぶんけんに、スキーのように一本づえをついてスケートを

滑走する記述がありますが、いずれにしてもオランダが中世以降の

発展に大きく貢献しました。

中世以降のオランダではあの有名な運河がすでに完成して主要都市

を網の目のように結んでいました。

冬季には寒気が厳しく、雪が少ないオランダの気候によって運河が

氷結すると、人々は冬の絶好のレジャーの場としておおいにスケート

を楽しんだといわれています。

16世紀にはオランダ軍隊の歩兵の訓練が氷上で行われたという記録も

あるように、オランダではスケート用具と滑走技術が次第に進歩しま

した。

そして、17世紀の中頃には一般の人々や商人達は、氷結した運河を

滑って町から町へ行くための交通手段にスケートを使うようになり

ました。

農民達も狩人も早く目的地に着くためにスケートを使うようになっ

て、17世紀の終わり頃にはスケートはオランダのあらゆる階層の

人々に滑られるようになり、自然に「速く滑る」ことを競うように

なって、スポーツ、すなわちスピードスケーティングとして発展する

元になったと考えられます。

いっぽう貴族階級はその階級意識から、一般の民衆とは異なった洗練

された優雅な動作で氷上を滑走する必要があったわけです。

このため、貴族達はのちにオランダ人の「ダッチ・ロール」と呼ばれる

独特の滑走スタイルを想像したのです。

きれは両腕を胸の前で組み、胸を張って片足のアウトサイド、エッジで

滑走し、、他方の足を後方に形良く伸ばして保つものでした。

それまで勝手気ままに行われていた氷上滑走姿勢に対する「型」が誕生

したののです。

そしてこれがフィギュアスケーティング発祥の種子となったのです。

中村天風先生と宇宙飛行士。Mr. Tenpuu Nakamura and astronaut rhonchus. Schweiker.

 

「SHINDOの鎮魂瞑想」は、真冬の滝に打たれた無重力体験

で、アポロ9の号の宇宙飛行士、ラッセル・シュワイカートにお

会いした後、イメージして発案しました。

不思議な事に私が現在勤める健康顧問先の、キャリアコンサル

ティング室館勲社長は、「中村天風の生まれ変わり、稀に

見る天才である」とある会社の会長が言われていた事が、思い

出されます。

魂の変化がワークショップであり、自分の波長と合う人としか

出会わない。

出会った人は生命の分身みたいなもので、付き合いが長いか短

いかではない。

その人が想えばそれが機能すれば、それが瞑想です。

自分の生きてきた延長線上にたまたま生まれる。

今生きている。今燃えているが上に瞑想が出来た。

誰かやっていたものを持って来たものではなく、自分の血が思

いついたものです。

中村天風先生と宇宙飛行士シュワイカートという記事があります。

引用させて頂きました。

 

宇宙が再誕生しつつある時代

天風先生はこの開眼をヒマラヤの山中で得た。

シュワイカートは時代の最先端を行く宇宙飛行中、同じことを

開眼している。

前者は大正元年（一九一二）年、後者は昭和四十四年（一九六

九）の経験で、約五十七年の開きがあるが、極めて通じるものがある。

シュワイカートは「私たちは宇宙的誕生（コズミック・バー

ス）の時代に生きているんです」

と言ったが、天風先生は時代の最先端を行っていたのだ。

 

 

 

それでは、コズミック・バースの時代、再度万物の霊長として

復権するためにはどうしたらいいのだろうか。

それには自分の人生の主人公にすらなり得ていない現状を超

え、心の用い方に習熟し、自分の人生の主人公となり、人生

をさっそうと生きなければいけない。そういう意味

で、天風先生のメッセージを再度学び直す必要がある。

生きとし生けもののいのちは響き合っている。そのいのちのハ

ーモニーのタクトを振るのは、われわれ人間である。

すべてを生かして、見事な演奏を奏でたいものである。

(中村天風的生き方が今蘇る、室館勲社長は1971年生まれの45

歳。

 

私は平成二十五年（二〇一三）十二月、中村天風先生が修行さ

れたヒマラヤの山村を再び訪ね、彼がそこで開眼したものに思

いをはせた。そのうちに天風先生が開眼したものは、宇宙飛行

士のラッセル・シュワイカートが体験したものと極めて似かよ

っていると思うようになった。

 

 

私はシュワイカートが国際会議に出席するため京都に来たと

き、インタビューしたことがあり、そのとき彼が言及したこと

を鮮明に覚えている。

一九六九年三月、シュワイカートは月着陸船アポロ９号に乗っ

て地球を飛びたった。

飛行中、シュワイカートは月着陸船のハッチを開けて外に出

て、船外活動を撮影されることになっていた。

ところが撮影の直前になって、撮影担当のスコット飛行士のカ

メラに不具合が生じたので、いったん船内に戻って、カメラを

取り換えてくるから、ちょっと待ってくれということになった。

シュワイカートは何することもなく、月着陸船の外にただ一

人、取り残されてしまった。

「私はたった一人、何もなすことなく宇宙空間に取り残されま

した。それは時間にして、わずか五分くらいのことでしかあり

ません。

しかし、その五分間が私にとっては、人生において最も充実し

た五分となりました。

人間にとって、大きな世界観の変化というものは、得てして、

何もすることがないときに起きるものかもしれないね」

シュワイカートは、私は宇宙で最初の失業者ですと笑った。

「宇宙船の中にいるのと、宇宙服を着て宇宙空間に浮かんでい

るのとでは、同じ宇宙体験といっても、全く質のちがう体験で

す。宇宙船の中はモーターのうなりとか、人の声とか、さまざ

まの雑音があります。

しかし、宇宙空間に浮かんでいる間は、完璧な静寂に閉ざされ

ていました。

そのとき以外全く経験したことがない無音の世界でした。

 

宇宙船の中からは、小さな窓を通してしか外を見ることはでき

ませんが、宇宙服のヘルメットは視野をさえぎるものが何もな

いのです。無重力のため宇宙服も感じず、素っ裸で、たった一人

で、宇宙に浮いているような感じでした」

下を見ると、地球がそこにあった。夜明けと共に水平線から太

陽の光は束になって一気に広がり、地球全体を真っ赤に染めあ

げる。それが次第に美しいブルーと白に変わる。地球という惑

星の色は、ブルーと白。すなわち大部分が、水。私たちは

文字通り、水の惑星に住んでいるのだ。地球の美しさを描写す

るときのシュワイカートは、次第に興奮した。

「宇宙から見た地球の美しさは、言葉にできません。繊細なガ

ラス玉のような水の惑星が、真っ黒な宇宙空間に浮かび上がっ

ているのを見たとき、頬ずりしたいようないとおしさを感じました。

私は地球と抱擁し、地球上の生命あるものすべてと抱擁したのです。

そして地球もまた、私をやさしく抱きしめてくれました。

時速一万七千マイルで飛んでいるはずなのに、そのスピードを

実感させるものは何もない。そのとき、ある思いが湧きあがり

ました。

どうして私はここにいるんだ？　

何が起こってるんだ？　

私は誰だ？
　
そして突然悟りました。ここにいるのは、私ではなく『我々』

なんだ。地球に育まれた命が宇宙に生まれ出る瞬間なんだ。

『私』という命が地球という『子宮』に育まれ、今、宇宙に産

み出されたコズミック・バースのだと。

生けとし生けるものはすべて、この地球という母なる星と切っ

ても切れない関係にある、と」シュワイカートはコペルニクス

的転換を経験したのだ。

　初歩的だが、しかし根源的な問い
　

私は興味をそそられて、シュワイカートに訊ねた。

「宇宙飛行士の中には、あなたのように人生観が百八十度変わ

った人と、それほどでもない人の二通りありますが、どうして

ですか？」
　
すると、明確な答えが返ってきた。

「宇宙体験といっても、宇宙船の中にいるかぎり、超高空を飛

ぶ飛行機の中とそれほど

ちがうものではありません。

宇宙船の中では与えられた任務を次々にこなすことに忙しく

て、ものを考えている暇はないんです。

だから多くの宇宙飛行士にとって、宇宙飛行はマニュアルに従

って、スイッチ、ダイヤル、計器、エンジンなどをいじり、フ

ライトプランと実験計画を遂行しただけで終わって

しまいます。

〝意味〟を問うことをしないからです。

だからせっかく宇宙を飛ぶという類いまれなる体験を持ったの

に、それを全く無意味の

うちに終わらせているんです」
　
それを聞いていて私は思い当たる節がいっぱいあった。

多忙ということは、その業務をこなすのに精いっぱいで、肝心

要のことを忘却してしまう

ことになりかねない。

日常の業務に忙殺されて、根本的命題である、

「私は何をするために、この世に生まれて来たのか？」
　
を問わない。ということは、カリアッパ師がオラビンダに、ま

ったく初歩的で、しかしながら極めて本質的な問いを投げかけ

たのは、意味があったのだ。

シュワイカートは「何もしないボーッとした時間が、私に覚醒

をもたらしてくれた」

と明言したが、何もしない時間というのが、実は有意義なのだ。

シュワイカートがヘルメット越しに見た宇宙は、オラビンダが

夜ごと見上げて感動していた星空と同じだった。シュワイカー

トは個の狭い意識を取り払らわれ、

「われわれは地球という生命体の中の一つである」という意識

に高められたが、天風先生もまた《生命共同体》という覚醒を

得たのだ。

心の働きは身体と密接です。身体の動きは心と関わってい

ます。

心の方が複雑です。でも身体の解放は心への引き金になり

ます。

「心導」は、身体の働きのバランスを取り戻し、自律神経を

通して身心を調整させて、いわゆる自己治癒力によって、私

達の成長を元の軌道に戻します。

今の私たちの生活は組織化され、外のものに頼らざるを得ま

せん。

外から受けたエゴに依らず、私たちの自然に湧き上がるもの

を芯に生きることは難しい時代です。

私たちの心はそれだけで抑圧され、ねじ曲げられ、その結果

依存に縛りつけられているのかも知れません。

私たちは身体のあちこちの五臓六腑、循環系などに大きな影響

を受け、全体のバランスをくずし、個人としての自立した清浄

さを保つのを難しくしているといえます。

「心導」は、個の中に統一の流れを取り戻す、いわば生活の中

で、心身の浄化を行う、誰にでもできる効果のあるものです。

かって日本人は「禊」に通じる業を行うことをしていました。

「心導」は、個としての実感を通じて、自分の中の法則に素直

になり、適切に応答し、外なる叡智に生きることにつながります。

それは、又私たちの自己治癒力を高める力を与えてくれるでしょう。

そしてそのえねるぎーが環境と共鳴するまでになる時、私たちの内

なる浄化は、外なる生命体である地球のうみの浄化へとつながる

ことでしょう。

何故なら、母なる地球の海の汚れは、近代化を望んだ私たち自身

の内なるエゴによる汚れが反映したものと、考えられるからです。

今、私たちは先ず個から始める時に置かれているのです。
