山岳地帯は慣れない人は高山病にかかります。

３０００メートルの山に行くと酸素不足で頭が痛くなり吐いたりします。

クコの葉を噛んだりするとやわらぐといいますが一旦高山病になるとある

一定の時間が過ぎないと治りません。

欲がある人程その苦しみは強いそうです。



クスコに行った時一番先に高山病にかかった私は死ぬ程苦しまされ反省

いたしました。

昔トランスパーソナル心理学のホロﾄﾛビックブリージンｸﾞのワークショップ

を受けた時を思い出しました。

その翌日の爽快さは忘れられません。大自然は容赦なく襲ってきます。

強がりや痩せ我慢は通用しないのにはお手上げです。素直に自分を

認めて大自然に感謝の意を表する次第です。

21世紀の汚染は想像を絶する位進んでいます。

不安と恐怖は地球上の生物の意識、無意識の中でも広がっていってい

ます。現代人は火星や宇宙へ行き先を捜しています。

ペルーのジャングルの小さな島でお会いしたお婆さんは、９１歳なのに

蒔きを肩にかついで歩いていました。





「ここには何もないよ」といって素っ気なく通り過ぎられました。

私はお婆さんの眼が淋しそうだったのでもう一度会いたくて家を

訪ねました。

お婆さんは昼寝中でしたが心良く迎えてくれました。

毎朝歩く事が好きでマキ運びや畑の仕事、食事の用意と何でも

自分でするそうです。

マクロの教えもないのに、お父さんお母さんがしていた

塩は少し、野菜はカボチャ、カブ、玉ネギ少し、キュウリの塩もみ

にレモンをかける、肉は食べません、魚を食べます。

塩が必要な人には皿に置いて出しますとその心ずかいの細やかさに

入っていて、まろやかです。

アマゾンでは、上質の豆は、輸出され、現地の豆は、混ざり物でしたが、

とてもおいしかった。開高健の「オーパー」の本が、ブラジル船の旅を一層

面白くしてくれました。「ブラジルを甘くみたら、シッペ返しが来る」と書か

れていて、笑って読んでいましたが、後で、その通りになる事が起きると思い

もしなかったです。開高健の言葉は、時間をまろやかに止めてくれます。

アマゾンと同じ波動を持っています。

時折ボートで物売りに着たり、もらいに着たりします、その時の身軽な動き

に驚かされます。とにかくゆっくり、ゆっくり、ゆっくり・・・・・

アマゾン河を、ゆるやかに滑る様に走る船、森から聞こえてくる鳥のさえずり

が聞こえ耳に響き、私の体の全てが喜んでいます。アマゾンにまた来れて良かっ

たと、何度も何度も思いながらの船の旅でした。

　私がハンモックで寝ていたら、隣の女性のご主人が、「卵巣腫瘍が出来ていて、

街の病院に行く所ですが、一度みて下さい」と声をかけてきました。船の中で、私

の噂が広まってきたようでした。




その人の名前は、ジャクソンさんと言いました。

ご主人が２２才、奥さんが１７才、子供が２人。下の子の出産後に、右卵巣腫瘍が

見つかったそうです。ハンモックで寝ている彼女は、腰の痛みを訴えていました。

サーフアー、ボクシングをされていた方で、真っ黒

に日焼けされて、また黒目が精悍で只者ではない雰囲気。

同じ水と氷(元フィギュアスケーターとサーフアー)の

話題や、宇宙縄文のお話まで発展しました。

狭いところで競い合うのではなく、老若問わずみんな

で新しいことを考えるのは、楽しいですね。

ご一緒した外国人の女性が、「マスターは日本語が上手です

ね〜、イタリア人ですか？」と聞かれていました。

マスターは日本人です、宇宙人かもね。(笑)

レモンスカッシュは小惑星が降ってきた~お味、フレッシュで

パンチが効いて美味しい！カレーランチも最高。

お御馳走様でした。

エストニア人が来た時と同じ所を訪問して、倉富メソットの

勉強会と観光します。

7日から11日まで東広島の三次に滞在予定です。

12日から14日まで京都、14日から16日まで東京です。

先日新橋駅から徒歩7分というはじめて訪問する方

のお家を探し、曲がり角を曲がった所で、素敵なカフェを

「Cafe VAN」見つけました。

何とそのお店は広島の三次ワインの専門店でもありました。



地元の広島の瀬戸内食材を使ったちょい飲みイタリアンのお店です。

宇宙人のようなマスクをしたマスターと三鷹天命反転住宅風のお店に

親しみを感じちゃいました。



探しているお宅がお店の真ん前にありました。

来週木曜日にお邪魔したら、ランチメニューのカレーを食べたいな。

出来る限り無添加にこだわっているという事です。
